Job Scope:
Responsible for executing the company projects in mechanical & electrical works in building construction which covers:
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications for Commercial, Standalone buildings.
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Understand of LTA E&M drawing, arrange, supervise and keep all the work record.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
- Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system.
- Able to schedule, setting realistic goal and deadline for daily, weekly and monthly progress.
