Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the manager, he’ll perform service activities related to refrigeration
- Working with chillers to support maintenance, commission, service, installation, retrofit and
- Involve in sales schedule planning & preparing reports for management’s
- Lead a team of service to plan daily service
- Maintain the sales service quality and timeliness of answers to customer’s questions &
- Managing assets that are devoted to supporting sales service efforts including facilities, vehicle, equipment, and parts inventory, and this included exercise cost reduction process in accordance with budget control
- Develop new design, sales & service opportunities and fulfill sales service support to existing clients
- Travel to perform sales service locally & overseas and provide 247 support as and when
- Coordinate manage, and support contractors/suppliers.
- Ad-hoc & other duties as
Requirements:
- With technical engineering qualification, Degree or Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & web
- Like to hand-on, lead by example,
- Motivated, mature, and customer-centric with good oral and written communication
- Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving, independent, goal-driven
- Able to multi-task, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player
