Job Scope:
- Read and interpret machine specifications. Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools to perform Okamoto machine operations.
- Operate surface grinding machine to grind high precision tool to meet micron level specification.
- Carry out in-process measurements and troubleshooting.
- Perform necessary fabrication of machine parts.
- Machine process involving milling, grinding and EDM.
- Perform smoothing, polishing, or grinding of stainless-steel objects.
- Able to maintain close tolerance level.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in Connector mode, Semicon mold and Injection mold making process.
- Work Experience on Okamoto Machine
- Diploma or Vocational Certification in any Technical Study.
- Minimum 5years of experience in same field.
